Jonesville
The Fletcher Family’s commitment to the Jonesville area began in the 1930’s when George Washington Fletcher bought his first piece of real estate in what was then, Newberry but is better known today as Jonesville. Since then his son George E. “Cotton” Fletcher has continued to help the area grow from what was once predominantly farming into one of Gainesville’s most desirable areas. Today Jonesville represents a thriving area with an abundance of new housing developments and commercial opportunities.
What's Next?
As the Jonesville Activity Center continues to grow, we look forward to being part of that expansion and finding new opportunities to help people live, work and play in this area. With numerous properties totaling over 30,000 Square Feet of office and retail, and roughly another 100,000 SF planned inside the Activity Center, there are lots of opportunities to make an impact. As we've completed an expansion to our building located at SW 140th Terrace and W Newberry Road, we looking for retail and office tenants to fill out our vacancies as they become available. Along with expanding existing projects, there are also several opportunities for single tenant retail buildings along Newberry Road.
