Fletcher Construction, LLC is a reformation of the building company owned by George E. “Cotton” Fletcher during much of the 1980’s and 1990’s. In 1996 Mr. Fletcher decided to get out of building to focus solely on the development side of the business. Today, we look to continue on the legacy Mr. Fletcher built as a home builder and developer. Our latest projects include Savannah Station Phase II; providing 37 new, high quality, affordable homes in Alachua. Nestled between Southwest 8th Avenue and 122nd Street, lies Gloria’s Way: Gainesville’s newest upscale neighborhood. Aptly named for Gloria W. Fletcher, this community embodies the sharp-eye for detail and impeccable taste that is a true hidden gem of North Central Florida.
